Services: All recruitment, procurement, and related functionalities provided by Nova Horizon Group.

3. Eligibility

• Employers must ensure they are authorised representatives of their organisation and have the legal capacity to engage in recruitment activities.
• Candidates must ensure that all information provided in their profiles is accurate and truthful.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to access our services.

4. Services Provided

For Employers:
• Access to a global talent pool through NSE-HUB.
• Job posting capabilities to attract eligible candidates.
• Procurement and recruitment solutions adhering to ethical standards.

For Candidates:
• Profile creation via the CADPRO Connect App.
• Display of profiles to potential employers worldwide.
• Access to global job opportunities.

For All Users:
• Use of advanced technologies and algorithms for seamless recruitment experiences.
• Transparent and ethical processes to ensure fair practices.

5. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Nova Horizon Group is not liable for inaccuracies in profiles, job postings, or procurement requests.
Compliance with Laws: All users must adhere to applicable employment and data protection laws in their respective regions.
Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in:
• Misrepresentation or fraudulent activities.
• Posting inappropriate or discriminatory content.
• Unauthorised use of another user’s account.
